Overview

These Terms govern your use of Purple Glue and the Purple Glue Meter. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Memberships are billed via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You can cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period.

The Purple Glue Meter analyzes your audio locally to compute scores and events. Your audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted by us.

Do not attempt to manipulate or cheat leaderboards, achievements, or scoring.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Purple Glue, the Purple Glue Meter, and all related marks, content, and materials are owned by Purple Glue and protected by applicable laws.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Glue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the services in a harmful or unlawful manner.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
